1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging, along with the invoice and tags.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that:
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased during sale or special discounts are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalized or custom-designed jewelry
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Products damaged due to customer handling
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at [your support email or WhatsApp number] within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.
Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for self-shipping.
After inspection of the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment (for prepaid orders).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, design, or color:
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired product has a price difference, you may need to pay or receive the difference amount.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
